Black Annealed Wire

This range of Black Annealed Wires has been developed from standard grade mild steel, these have galvanized surface with rust proof finishing. These are used as binding wires in construction arena (used as a tie between two bars). These wires can be straightened quickly and can be cut into U-type wires. In civil construction field, these are used for iron setting purpose.  Offered wires are also as bailing wires in various buildings. Wire gauge of such products ranges between 0.5 mm to 5.5 mm. These are accessible in coil form and weight of such coil ranges between 5 kg to 500 kg. Black Annealed Wires are reckoned for their optimum flexibility. Advanced oxygen free annealing technique has been followed to design such wires. This specific technique makes these soft and smooth. These have high strength, long lasting surface finish, weather proof design and maintenance free quality.

Features:

1. Flexibility: Annealed wire is very flexible and easy to bend without breaking. This property makes it ideal for applications that require shaping and forming, such as binding or construction.

2. Ductility: The annealing process increases the wire's ductility, meaning it can undergo significant deformation without fracturing. This is important for tasks that involve twisting and tying.

3. Softness: Annealed wire is relatively soft compared to its non-annealed counterpart. This softness allows it to be easily manipulated by hand or with simple tools.

4. Improved Workability: Due to its increased flexibility and ductility, annealed wire is easier to work with, reducing the risk of kinks and breaks during use.

5. Lower Tensile Strength: The annealing process reduces the tensile strength of the wire compared to non-annealed wire. While it might not be suitable for heavy load-bearing applications, it is still strong enough for many everyday uses.

6. Weldability: Annealed wire is often used in welding applications because of its softness and ability to form strong welds.

7. Surface Finish: Annealed wire typically has a black or dark grey appearance due to the oxidation that occurs during the annealing process. This surface finish may provide some corrosion resistance, but it's not as effective as galvanized wire for prolonged outdoor exposure.

8. Versatility: Annealed wire finds applications in various industries, including construction, agriculture, crafts, and general household use. It is commonly used for binding materials, making wire mesh, forming sculptures, and more.

9. Cost-Effective: Annealed wire is generally more affordable than some other specialized wires, making it an economical choice for many applications.
